Equipment I Used

The following equipment is what I used to take photographs for my work:

- Canon EOS 400 D

- Bowens Gemini Esprit 6M 500 Flash 

- Bowens Radio Trigger 

- 60cm Soft Box

- Reflector

This is the camera that we used to take the photographs for our work. This had  range of settings allowing for us to manipulate as to how the image could turn out. We also made use of other pieces of equipment listed below.

This attached to the lights, the reflective sides that are in the box reflect the light making it bounce. It controls it creating a softened effect on the model and removing shadows that could possibly show up on the models due to heir positioning.

Is held by another person so they can reflect the light on a certain part of the model developing the effect that the light has over the model.

Bowens Gemini Esprit 6M 500 Flash - 

We used this light , to put a brighter light for the faces and features of the models to be seen clearer in the photographs taken. It gave the image taken a fresher look and all of the images looked more professional. In taking the images we had to make sure that the red dot was above the face of the model so that an effective image was able to be taken.

Bowens Radio Trigger

This is a trigger which is connected to both the light and the camera. When the camera is pressed to capture a photo the trigger send a signal to the light to flash at that time of when the picture is being taken.
